About me
I am a qualified coach with a passion for supporting people to flourish. My work is grounded in a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, drawing on a wide range of professional training and life experience to support you to flourish.
I started my working life as a doctor and worked as a doctor for about 10 years. While that has given me a strong foundation band still influences me, working as a doctor wasn’t for me. I spent the next chapter of my working life in public service, in various roles supporting people and communities. Throughout, I continued to follow my passion for health and positive change. With over 30 years’ experience in medicine, public service, and coaching, I combine evidence-based knowledge with a passion for supporting people to flourish.
I have completed a Master’s degree in medical research, become an accredited trainer for the NHS’s Making Every Contact Count program (which encourages healthy behaviour change), and earned a Level 3 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Improvement. Wanting to support deeper, more lasting change, I went on to complete an Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coach Training.
